How do I schedule my appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with Cigna, Unum, and Delta Dental Premier PPO. We also accept most major insurance providers. If you have an insurance provider that isn’t in-network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

Do you accept Medicaid?
No, we do not accept Medicaid, and we do not file Medicaid claims.

What hours is your office open?
Our practice is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is closed Friday through Sunday.

How long does an appointment take?
Your appointment length will depend on what treatment and services you receive.

What do I need for my first appointment?
For your first visit, please bring your completed new patient forms (available on our new patient resources page), any X-rays taken by a previous dentist (X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request), a valid form of ID, a list of medications you are currently taking, a list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries, and your dental insurance card (if you are covered and paying through insurance).

Does your dental office treat children?
Yes, we do offer pediatric dental services for young patients. Dr. Ryan Helgerson, our experienced pediatric dentist, focuses on preventive care, including regular check-ups and cleanings, alongside education for you and your children on maintaining oral health at home.

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
Our practice partners with CareCredit to offer financing to help you pay for your treatment in smaller amounts, over time. In addition, our Bookcliff VIP Dental Savings Plan provides a budget-friendly and flexible alternative to expensive dental insurance so you can receive quality dental care at an affordable price. Unlike insurance plans, our dental savings plan has no deductibles, waiting periods, or annual maximums.
